Shipping

All orders will be sent via registered post to all European destinations, please note that upon delivery a signature will be required. We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
We reserve the right to withdraw international delivery at anytime.

Delivery Schedule 

The postal service operates from Monday to Friday between 8 am - 1 pm, a specific time for delivery can not be stipulated.
Orders placed at weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the next working day.
Please allow five working days for delivery of goods from point of purchase for any orders made within the Switzerland and ten working days for any orders made throughout the rest of Europe, 14 working days for outside of Europe. please note these are working days not including weekend or CH public holidays.

Returns Policy

Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria.
- items must be in their original unused, unsoiled condition. Shoes should be tested for fit on a clean surface
- items must be sent in their original packaging with the tags attached. Shoe boxes should be protected and returned back to us undamaged as they are seen as being part of the product
- Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
- returns must include the Strelitziasunsun Huang Design invoice
- items must be sent in one single shipping; we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent separately.

PLEASE NOTE that we DO NOT accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. This does not effect your statutory rights

We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. You will not be charged again for delivery. If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available a replacement will be sent out.
Strelitziasunsun Huang. will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process, please ensure that the goods are well protected when returned to us.

Please note that your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from receipt of your return.
Once Strelitziasunsun Huang receives processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail, which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be processed according to the criteria stated above.
