Once your payment or order request has been made in our online store, we will receive your order automatically and start to prepare your product for shipping. It will take around 3-10 days
for clients located in Switzerland, and you will receive your tracking number by email from us.

For the satisfaction of the client, if you have any dissatisfaction with our mask products, please contact us within five days. We are unable to refund money or items that have already been used.
Exchanges are possible where the size is not correct. All changes and refunds are subject to the item not being used. Once you receive your mask and if it does not fit or ou are unsatisfied with it, please contact us for a return within 5 days in order that we may process the request for a change of order.
Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria.
- Items must be in their original unused, unsoiled condition.
- Items must be sent in their original packaging with the tags attached.
- Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
- returns must include the Strelitziasunsun Huang Design invoice
- Items must be sent in one single shipping; we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent separately.
- we will not pay for the return shipping cost.
We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) within 14 days of dispatch.
The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. You will not be charged again for delivery. If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available a replacement will be sent out.
Strelitziasunsun Huang Corliano Design will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process, please ensure that the goods are well protected when returned to us.
Please note that your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from receipt of your return.
Once Strelitziasunsun receives processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail,
which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be processed according
to the criteria stated above.
